We have a no refund policy on services completed at our shop. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval. Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or shop credit for up to 14 days.
*Beard and neck trims are complimentary to our customers ($20 for non-regulars), however we do respectfully ask that you keep them to one free trim in between your services.
